01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one ZettBuzz account. If ZettBuzz identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any associated bonuses or winnings may be voided. This applies regardless of whether the accounts were created intentionally or accidentally.

You are responsible for:

06 Gameplay Rules

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation for automated games and by real physical equipment for live dealer games.

ZettBuzz monitors platform activity continuously. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended without prior notice. ZettBuzz reserves the right to withhold funds from accounts involved in fraudulent or prohibited activity pending investigation.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ZettBuzz platform — including but not limited to the ZettBuzz name, logo, game graphics, interface design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of ZettBuzz or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ZettBuzz content without prior written permission.
• You may not use the ZettBuzz name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
• Scraping, data mining, or extracting content from the ZettBuzz platform by automated means is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

ZettBuzz provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ZettBuzz makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or technical issues.

• ZettBuzz is not liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.

11 Account Termination

You may close your ZettBuzz account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

ZettBuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• A player has provided false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity has been detected on the account.
• A player has failed to complete required identity or payment verification.

12 Disputes

ZettBuzz aims to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. When raising a dispute, please provide as much detail as possible, including your account username, the date and time of the issue, and any relevant transaction or game references.

ZettBuzz's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes is final where the outcome was determined by a certified random number generator or live dealer equipment operating correctly.
